If you would like to return your order you are entitiled to return item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) being returned must be in their original condition with all labels intact and the item(s) unworn. Upon receipt of your returns we will process a refund or exchange. Please state your request on the 'Customer Comments' box on the 'Packaging Slip' received with your order.

We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your Order. We will be held not be responsible if your enter your address incorrectly. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products on or before the date for delivery set out in our Second Acknowledgement or, if no date is set out in our Second Acknowledgement, within 5 days of the date of our Second Acknowledgement. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of Products will be dispatched within 3 working days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our Second Acknowledgement. We will only deliver Products within the United Kingdom. We send all post by Royal Mail. Once a Product(s) have left our premises it is up to Royal Mail to deliver the said Product(s). We will not be held responsible for loss or damages caused by Royal Mail or The Post Office.
